Right before you fight it, you're given a clue as to how to keep it distractedWhen it opens its mouth, use the Abyssal Chain on the suspended cocoons just above the Brood SpiderThen throw the cocoon into her mouthWhile she's distracted, go behind her and use the Tremor Gauntlets on her crystallized back.

She'll start raging; quickly get out of the way, then jump when she jumps up to do a ground-pound area-clearing stompShe'll do this whenever she wants to turn to your direction, or a consecutive amount of times after getting damagedAlso, she will rear backwards and shuffle around and then charge at youDodge sideways to avoid this attackJust make sure to keep locking-on to her directionFeed her the cocoons whenever her mouth opens, and slash her exposed back wound afterwords with any weapon of your choice.

Another easy one, though if you slip up on your dodges, you take big damageWhen she teleports above you, dodge sideways and attack her from the sideWhen she teleports right in front of your face, dodge sideways and attack her from the sideWhile she's idle on one corner of the room, use your Abyssal Chain to zip up-close to her and attackWhen she climbs up the ceiling, wait until she summons a ring of orange hooks, then use the chain on the hook and then target her.
